What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Our Auckland Maori Tours are not affected by the weather and run all year around. Should it rain we have umbrellas on board our vehicles. If for any reason we deem the weather to be unsuitable (a bit of rain is not such a reason), then we may cancel a tour and give you the choice between a full refund and postponement of your tour to another day.

What is special about your Auckland Maori Tours?
Experience Auckland with a local Maori, who will guide you around our fantastic city and region, giving you lots of information about our interesting history, places and people throughout our Auckland Maori Tour. You’ll also see our region’s very best sights, so bring your camera! TIME also stands for ‘To Integrate Maori Experiences’ and depending on your level of interest we can provide you with an unique insight into Maori Culture.

What is your guide to client ratio?
We pride ourselves in offering small and very personal tour experiences . Our guide to client ratio is usually max 1 to 10 and in many cases it's even less at 1 to 6 guests. This is to keep it all really personal and also for safety reasons. In any case, we ensure that we offer highly personal tours that create lasting great memories.
